These types of insets are equipped with venom and the venom is composed of different protein and peptide antigens and also other chemicals. Examine the sting area and if you see a stinger remove it from your skin. Put some ice cubes wrapped in cloth and apply it on the sting area for ten minutes. Make a mixture of garden soil and water and apply this mud directly to the sting area. Leave the mud for few minutes and when it dries reapply fresh mud paste over the affected area. This will reduce pain and provides relief. You can also apply tooth paste over the affected area and this will reduce swelling. Dilute vinegar with cool water and apply it over the sting area. This will stop sting pain immediately.

  • Place flesh sliced onion over the sting area, it may irritate you for few seconds but after sometimes it will give you relief from swelling and pain.
  • Apple cider vinegar would extract any poison out and this will lessen the swelling.
